Core Booking Services

Policies governing independent service reservations including flights, accommodations, and visa processing.

Flight Bookings

Cancellation and refund policies are strictly governed by the respective airline.

Any airline penalties, service fees, convenience fees, and taxes may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Hotel Bookings

Cancellation policies depend entirely on the specific hotel and the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

Note: Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Visa Fees

Visa fees and associated processing charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected by the consulate/embassy.

Tour Packages

Tiered retention policies for domestic and international package cancellations based on departure proximity.

Domestic Packages

  • 30+ Days Before: 25% Retention
  • 15-29 Days Before: 50% Retention
  • 07-14 Days Before: 75% Retention
  • Less Than 07 Days: No Refund

International Packages

  • 45+ Days Before: 25% Retention
  • 30-44 Days Before: 50% Retention
  • 15-29 Days Before: 75% Retention
  • Less Than 15 Days: No Refund

Processing & Exceptions

Standard processing timelines and extraordinary circumstances where standard refund policies may not apply.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 15-45 Working Days, depending heavily on supplier policies and banking processing times.

Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Natural Disasters
  • Government Restrictions
  • Pandemic Situations
  • War or Political Unrest
  • Severe Weather Conditions
