Digital Confirmation

  • Booking Voucher: Dispatched via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Contains unique Trip ID and full receipt.
  • Driver & Fleet Details: Sent via WhatsApp 2 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled reporting time.

Physical Handover

  • Verification: Passengers must present the Rovio Travels booking voucher and a valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport) at pickup.
  • Airport Pickups: Synchronized directly with live flight arrival statuses at Delhi Airport. Drivers report to designated terminal meeting zones.

Delays & Breakdowns

  • Grace Period: Standard operations include a 30-minute delay buffer. If exceeded due to company fault, alternative transit or proportional credits apply.
  • Fleet Substitution: In case of mechanical failure, an equivalent or higher-category replacement vehicle is deployed immediately.

Tracking & Support

Live GPS tracking links are shared via text on the morning of travel for real-time asset monitoring.
